Throughout the book, Briana and Jacob’s relationship blossoms, forcing both characters to face their truths and confront their vulnerabilities about love, forgiveness and trust. Yours Truly is an easy read that shows that love does not come easily to those who do not work for it. Abby Jimenez has a true talent for mixing humor and romance, leaving the reader giggling and kicking their feet after certain chapters. Yours Truly is a must read for any romance book lover.
If you have ever seen the movie The Longest Ride and loved it then Flawless by Elsie Silver is the romance novel for you. This story follows Rhett, a bull rider whose career is on the line which leads him to being disobedient and frustrated. Then he meets Summer also known as his “babysitter” who was hired by his agent in order to keep him from behaving inappropriately. Summer believes that she is going to have a hard time handling Rhett but begins to see him for the man that he truly is. When reading this novel you quickly become interested in the story of the two characters and where it may lead. If you love all things country I believe you will fall in love with this book as much as I did and if you could care less about anything revolving around the country, I still have high hopes that this love story will make you feel like you need a cowboy in your life.
