With the fall term now wrapped up, our sports teams have had a chance to practice, get to know each other and, for many of our teams, had a chance to fully kick off their seasons.
With the calendar flipped to 2026 and a new term on the horizon, the second half of the Laurier Brantford sports season is now ready to begin.
Here is the winter term schedule for our extramural and varsity sports teams:
Men’s Extramural Basketball:
- Friday, Jan. 16 @ UTM
- Friday, March 13 @ Laurier Brantford (Host)
Men’s and Women’s Extramural Ice Hockey:
- Thursday, Jan. 22 @ Fanshawe
- Friday, Feb. 27 @ Laurier Brantford (Host)
- Wednesday to Thursday, March 25 to 26 @ Fanshawe for RECCup Championships (if qualified)
Coed Extramural Volleyball:
- Thursday, Jan. 29 @ Mohawk
- Thursday, March 6 @ Seneca
Men’s and Women’s Varsity Indoor Soccer:
- Wednesday, Feb. 11 @ OSC
- Wednesday, March 4 @ OSC for Regionals
- Wednesday to Thursday, March 11 to 12 @ OSC for Provincials (if qualified)
